Webinar: Business Immigration – Threats and opportunities: why is it so important to your business?

By Clarion
schedule28th Mar 23

Employers continue to face a wide range of challenges, balancing the cost-of-living crisis against difficulties in recruiting and retaining people with the right skills for the right roles. It’s therefore more important than ever that employers understand the opportunities available to them to recruit the right people. Obtaining and properly managing a sponsor licence vastly widens the recruitment pool for employers so that they can locate and employ the best candidates.

During this webinar, we will review the current sponsor licence application and explore how it can help your business in the current economic climate.

What we will cover

For those employers who are already sponsors, it’s vital to ensure that your licence and processes are all in order, especially now that the Home Office is undertaking more compliance checks. We will help you to ensure that you are keeping up with the latest changes due to come into force in April 2023.

We will also cover the latest position on the illegal working regime and right to work checks, which affect all employers, to ensure that you and your business are up to date and getting it right.

There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions during the session, but if you have anything specific you would like us to cover, please do let us know in advance when reserving your place.
