Agenda

Join us for an insightful webinar on 22 October 2024 hosted jointly by Clarion and the Chartered Institute of Arbitration (Ciarb), focusing on the importance of considering legal costs at various stages of the arbitration. We will cover issues that are relevant to both International Arbitration as well as UK Arbitration.

We are pleased to be joined by Joanne Chase, a Legal Director in the Costs and Litigation Funding team at Clarion. Joanne will explain the common pitfalls that may impact recovery, and explore the various factors that influence legal costs. She will provide you with practical tips on what you can do to ensure you are best placed when dealing with legal costs.
